NDIS Disability Support Services in Melbourne
Person-centred, non-complex supports for adults with physical disability, mobility needs, and rehabilitation goals. We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants across Melbourne.
Specialised NDIS Support, Built Around Your Goals
Kind Freedom Australia is a professional disability support service provider working with adults across Melbourne and throughout Australia who live with physical disability, mobility-based needs, and conditions requiring rehabilitation-focused care. Our services are open to NDIS, TAC, private, self-funded, family, hospital and rehab-referred clients — every service is designed around consistent, qualified support that fits your routine, not the other way around.
What makes our approach different is the clinical grounding behind it. Our founder, Edson, holds a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance, which means we understand how conditions like MS, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, and post-stroke recovery actually affect daily life, and we structure support to work with your physiotherapy, OT, or speech pathology programs rather than around them.
All services listed below are funded under NDIS Core Supports or Capacity Building budgets, and we work with self-managed and plan-managed participants. Rates follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements 2025–26, with no hidden fees and no surprises.

Follow 3 Easy Steps To Begin
A conversation, a plan, and support that starts.

Make an Enquiry
Call us or send a message. Tell us your condition, your goals, and what has, or hasn't, worked with other providers. We will be honest about whether we are the right fit before you commit to anything.

Match & Plan Together
Our People & Culture Team carefully reviews your referral, support goals, funding arrangements, and individual needs before matching you with the most suitable support worker — building a schedule around what you are actually trying to achieve, not a standard package.

Begin Your Support
Visits start on schedule. Your goals are tracked. Your clinical team is kept in the loop. And you have direct contact with our team — not an ordinary call centre — whenever something needs to be adjusted.
